Qualifications

• Bachelors in Engineering/Construction Management or related field.
• 5+ years of project estimating experience with conceptual design.
• Experience in utility-scale energy projects (renewables, power, transmission).
• Value engineering proficiency and cost-management knowledge.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Advanced Excel skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed project cost estimates (conceptual to definitive).
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
• Perform value engineering to save costs while meeting requirements.
• Develop and maintain estimation tools and methodologies.
• Conduct risk assessments and contingency planning.
• Present estimates to senior management and clients.
• Mentor junior estimators and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for competitive pricing.
• Track costs and update estimates as scope changes.
