• 8+ years of technical program-related experience in a government contracting environment.
• 3 years of experience in the management of technical personnel and programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct activities of a group of program engineers to meet site goals and objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to direct reports and within the engineering organization.
• Develop and conduct work per company policies, priorities and budget constraints.
• Review budgets and schedules; prepare status reports and manage resources to meet productivity and quality goals.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives and mentor others in rapid problem solving and improvement.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget; liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with management levels on operations, scheduling and project phases.
• Lead and motivate staff to achieve results and recruit/maintain a high quality team.
