Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technical or Business field.
• 3+ years of project, program or related experience.
• Experience managing government contracts.
• Experience in budgeting, profit and loss management.
• Understanding of composite parts fabrication and knowledge of government contracting.
• US Persons only; Visa sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the program team.
• Manage budgets and update weekly, monthly, quarterly performance reviews.
• Forecast financial performance and staffing needs.
• Support contract negotiations and resolve contract issues.
• Manage customer satisfaction and special projects as needed.
