Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical program-related experience in a government contracting environment.
• 3 years of experience in the management of technical personnel and programs.
• As a Department of Defense Contractor we are required to hire US Persons.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of program engineers to meet goals within budget and timelines.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership across the engineering organization.
• Prepare and review budgets (headcount, expenses, capital) and forecasts.
• Ensure quality, regulatory and safety standards are followed and drive improvements.
• Mentor staff and develop leadership within the team.
