Job summary

Johns Manville is seeking a Project Engineering Manager to lead our largest and most complex projects under the CPP framework. You will guide cross-functional teams of engineers, procurement, and operations to deliver multi-year capital investments and favorable business outcomes.

Expect to manage budgets up to $150M, coordinate with plant leaders, and drive continuous improvement in project execution while maintaining safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical, electrical or mechanical) with 10+ years of experience.
• Strong project management skills for $40M+ projects.
• Proponent/SME for CPP and project management improvements therein.
• Excellent leadership and communication; ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% and work in manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead investment projects with budget of $40M to $150M following the CPP process.
• Develop feasibility studies, budgets, and schedules; guide engineers.
• Evaluate vendors and manage sourcing plans with procurement.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and quality compliance across projects.
• Mentor staff and coordinate with plant managers and leaders.
