Job summary

The position reports to the Director of Project Engineering and emphasizes building strong cross-functional partnerships, governing project delivery, and adopting best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Engineering or related field.
• Proven leadership of engineering teams in manufacturing.
• Strong track record managing complex capital projects.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex project plans with financial analyses and business cases.
• Lead engineering design work including PFDs, P&IDs, and control strategies.
• Oversee portfolio performance via KPI tracking and reviews.
• Direct capital investment strategies aligned with long-term objectives.
• Set and enforce standards, policies, and cross-functional alignment.
