Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or equivalent with substantial project execution experience.
• Proven success leading engineering teams and managing complex capital portfolios.
• Experience directing multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Develops complex project plans and capital investment proposals with financial analysis and business case justification.
• Creates advanced engineering designs including PFDs, P&IDs, and process control strategies.
• Manages and optimizes the plant project portfolio with KPI tracking and performance improvements.
