Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Sr. Manager, Project Engineering in the United States. The role leads a multidisciplinary team of engineers to deliver automated diagnostic equipment and batch processing systems, while ensuring quality, compliance, and on-time delivery.

You will drive project portfolio management, partner with suppliers, and collaborate with Quality and Business Excellence to standardize equipment specifications and validation deliverables. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Significant hands-on automation engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and projects.
• Proven ability to manage engineering portfolios and governance.
• Extensive knowledge of Quality System requirements and validation.
• Experience with capital procurement, sourcing, and contracts.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and vendors.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coach a team of engineers to deliver the annual capital equipment plan.
• Provide technical leadership in mechanical/electrical process automation.
• Manage cross-functional projects and drive execution across teams.
• Ensure compliance with design controls, validation, and change management.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and legal on sourcing strategy.
• Represent project engineering in internal and external quality audits.
