Job summary

PC Construction in the United States is seeking a Senior Project Engineer with heavy civil, water, or wastewater experience to join our project team in a fast-paced environment. You will act as a key technical resource, overseeing project administration, contract management, procurement, cost control, scheduling, and document management to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of construction project engineering experience in water or wastewater infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of contract management, procurement, scheduling, and cost control.

Responsibilities

Lead project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract administration.
Review plans and owner contracts to identify risks and opportunities.
Coordinate procurement, vendor pricing, subcontract negotiations, and material deliveries.
Support budget management, owner billings, cost tracking, and schedule updates.
Collaborate with field teams, owners, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve challenges.
Help drive safety, quality, and schedule performance.
Mentor and support Project Engineers, Office Engineers, and interns.
