Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or integrated product development within defense or aerospace environments.
• Strong understanding of requirements management and traceability.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering activities across the full system lifecycle.
• Develop and manage system requirements and technical baselines.
• Support integration of multi-domain defense systems.
