Jobgether is seeking an engineering leader to act as the technical authority across multiple projects, guiding design and execution. You will work closely with customers to translate requirements into practical solutions and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

The role emphasizes project planning, cost estimation, mentoring, and adherence to safety and cybersecurity standards in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent professional qualifications.
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple project assignments.
• Strong technical expertise in an engineering discipline and ability to translate concepts into practical solutions.
• Experience developing project work plans, cost estimates, and managing deliverables.
• Excellent understanding of engineering design processes, documentation, manufacturing, testing, installation and commissioning.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and coaching capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across multidisciplinary teams within a project-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the technical authority for engineering discipline across multiple medium-sized projects or workstreams.
• Collaborate with customers to understand requirements, gather feedback, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop detailed project work plans, resource requirements, and cost estimates within budgets and schedules.
• Oversee engineering design and documentation to meet contractual, quality, cybersecurity, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, testing, installation, commissioning and other departments to translate designs into deliverables.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve challenges to ensure timely, cost-effective, high-quality delivery.
• Mentor and share knowledge to translate concepts into detailed engineering documentation and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve methodologies, processes, and technical solutions.
• Ensure all assignments comply with safety requirements, quality procedures, and cybersecurity policies.
