Job summary

You will mentor engineers, manage resources, and provide decisive leadership in the Project Manager's absence, contributing to safe, on-time project delivery across diverse sites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and manages design firms as required on Design-Build projects or value engineering on Bid-Build projects.
• Analyses design changes and value engineering opportunities on projects.
• Mentors, coaches, provides feedback and evaluates the performance of engineers.
• Assists with management of project resource availability/efficiency.
• Provides project decision making/leadership in the absence of a Project Manager.
