This hands-on role focuses on solving complex technical problems, driving rapid development cycles from concept to production, and delivering validated solutions with a strong ownership mindset.

A Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and 4–8 years of manufacturing or product-based experience are required; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 4–8 years of engineering experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or product-based environments.
• Strong mechanical engineering fundamentals and understanding of the engineering development lifecycle.
• Structured problem-solving and root cause analysis.
• Experience bringing technical projects from concept through implementation.
• Ownership mentality and personal accountability for results.
• Agility and ability to move quickly with limited information.
• Travel may be required domestically and internationally.
