Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field from an accredited institution.
5+ years of relevant experience on NYC metro area construction projects valued at $150M+.
Able to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently with quick learning ability.

Responsibilities

Inspects construction site daily and coordinates deliveries with contractors.
Interprets designs and drawings for crafts installing materials and qualifications.
Prepares field design change requisitions and as-built drawings as required.
Maintains documentation such as status reports, punch lists, sketches and material calculations.
Reviews submittals and coordinates with design teams and clients as needed.
Generates queries and reports in Procore and supports QA/QC activities.
