Kittle Property Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee three new multifamily projects across Hardeeville SC, Charlotte NC, and Mishawaka IN. The role involves coordinating engineering and construction activities, managing RFIs, submittals, and procurement, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

The position requires strong communication, planning, and project controls skills, with travel between sites.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
Knowledge of building principles, practices, methods, environmental regulations, project management, and safety.
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook; ProCore software preferred.
Ability to read and follow construction plans and diagrams.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Willingness to travel to multiple regional job sites in the same region.

Mansioni

Assist at job site location under direction of Project Manager or on-site Superintendent.
Manage submittals, including RFI logs and submittals.
Review plans and specs to create scopes of work and assist in contracts.
Maintain project document logs (RFIs, Submittals, Transmittals, Bills of Lading, delivery tickets).
Coordinate Owner and Architect correspondence including OAC meetings and minutes.
Assist in procurement and unit walk inspections and punch list creation.
