Job summary

Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Engineer for multi-family construction projects including Mishawaka, IN, with involvement in planning, scheduling and site coordination.

The role supports Project Managers and Superintendents, handles RFIs, submittals, and procurement, and ensures project records and safety compliance are maintained.

Salary starts at $60,000+ commensurate with experience, with growth opportunities across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• College degree in construction management, engineering or related field (preferred).
• Knowledge of building principles, environmental regulations, project management methods and safety.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook; ProCore is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist at job site under supervision of Project Manager and on-site Superintendent.
• Manage submittals, RFI logs, transmittals, and related project documents.
• Review plans and specs to create scopes of work and assist with contract execution.
• Maintain procurement and material logs and track delivery dates.
• Support owner/architect communications and minutes of meetings.
• Support project closeout, warranties, lien releases and punch lists.
• Assist on financial aspects including projections and billings as needed.
