Job summary

Kittle Property Group is seeking an experienced Project Engineer for three new Multi-Family Projects located in Hardeeville, SC, Charlotte, NC and Mishawaka, IN. The role supports PMs and site teams, coordinating submittals, RFIs and procurement to keep projects on schedule and budget.

The candidate should have a construction-management focus, strong communication skills, proficiency with Excel/Outlook/ProCore, and the ability to travel across regions as needed.

Qualifications

• College degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of building principles, environmental regs, project management and safety.
• Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook; ProCore software preferred.
• Able to read construction plans and diagrams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Willing to travel to multiple regional sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist at job site location with direction from the Project Manager and on-site Superintendent.
• Manage submittals including F&E logs and subcontractor adherence.
• Review plans to create scopes of work and assist with contracts.
• Maintain project document logs: RFIs, submittals, transmittals.
• Assist in owner/architect correspondence and meetings.
• Support project close-out, warranties, punch lists and equipment stock.
