Job summary

Kittle Property Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager for three new Multi-Family projects located in Hardeeville, SC, with sites in Charlotte, NC and Mishawaka, IN. The PM will coordinate planning, scheduling, RFIs, submittals and field operations to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and construction management experience, with proficiency in MS Office and ProCore. Travel among sites will be expected as needed.

Qualifications

• College degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of building principles, environmental regulations, project management methods, and workplace safety.
• Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook; ProCore software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists at job site location with direction from the Project Manager and/or on-site Superintendent.
• May assist in unloading and receiving materials at the site.
• Manage submittals including F&E logs and ensure subcontractor adherence to submittals.
• Review plans and specs to create scopes of work and assist in contract execution.
• Manage project document logs including RFIs, Submittals, Transmittals, and delivery tickets.
