Job summary

ONEOK, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Project Engineer to lead medium-capex facility construction projects within Natural Gas Gathering & Processing. The role requires 10+ years of experience, strong stakeholder relationships, and ability to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

CAPEX ranges from $1M to $50M, with a hybrid work schedule (in-office Mon-Thu, remote Fri). The ideal candidate has experience with ASME B31.4, DOT pipeline, and 195 regulations, and will drive safety, quality, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or closely related field; 7+ years of experience preferred.
Experience in engineering design and criteria for natural gas and/or NGLs in pipeline systems.
Strong communication with Operations and Commercial stakeholders; able to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities

Direct and/or perform engineering and/or project management activities for design, procurement, construction, or optimization of assets.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and milestones; manage contracts and purchase orders.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and third‑party contractors to meet safety, quality, timeline and cost objectives.
Identify opportunities for improvements and support implementation of new processes.
