Qualifications

• Candidate must have prior project management experience leading at least one DOT 192/195 regulated pipeline or facility project with a budget exceeding $20 million.
• Ideal candidates will have successfully managed multiple projects with budgets over $50 million.
• Experience with project contracts and purchase orders and working to contract terms.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting and people management.
• Ensure milestones, deadlines and budgets are met with transparent progress updates.
• Develop and manage project scopes, changes and Management of Change (MOC) procedures.
