Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 3+ years construction experience.
• Willing to travel and/or relocate.
• Must be willing to work non-traditional hours to meet project needs.
• May be exposed to extreme conditions (hot or cold).
• Assignment location may include project sites and/or in the office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety and quality plans and culture on the project site.
• Coordinate with QA/QC planning to ensure quality for tasks.
• Assist estimating and change management: quantity take-off and subcontractor proposals.
• On-site coordination with project team: manpower, materials, and schedule.
• Prepare and disseminate project documentation and reports.
• Manage project close-out: punch lists, O&M manuals and as-built drawings.
• Lead meetings and maintain procurement logs and shop drawings.
• Provide progress updates to support scheduling process.
• Mentor and train team members.
