JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to manage a project component with oversight, applying JE Dunn processes to project management, administration and field execution on a Texas site.

You will lead safety and quality plans, coordinate with QA/QC, manage estimates and change orders, prepare schedules, progress reports, and ensure on-time project delivery while fostering teamwork and lean practices.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field is required.
• 3+ years construction experience is required.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities, with Lean process knowledge.

Mansioni

• Performs assigned aspects of safety, quality plans and coordination with QA/QC planning.
• Coordinates submittals, estimates, change management and scheduling.
• Prepares and disseminates project documentation and reports.
• Leads meetings and ensures alignment with project schedule.
• Mentors team members and implements self-perform opportunities.
