Responsibilities

• Direct the project team on design and execution per Project Manager guidance.
• Recommend and implement design changes for grading and utilities as requested.
• Prepare project proposals and oversee site plans, reports, and computations.
• Review plans with agencies, municipalities, and clients and modify as directed.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical training.
