Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of engineering experience.
• Ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities.
• Strong communication skills and a safety-focused mindset.
• Willingness to travel 10–15% and mentor junior engineers.
• Experience with compression systems or pressure piping is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop estimates for project execution, build schedules, and change-order estimates.
• Be accountable for all engineering deliverables and disciplines from inception to completion.
• Review compression system designs for compliance with standards and requirements.
• Review and approve customer drawings; provide design improvements to reduce costs.
• Lead multi-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.
