Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 5+ years in engineering project execution.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate clearly.
• Willingness to travel 10-15% and work in a mixed office/manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop estimates for project execution and change orders.
• Coordinate engineering deliverables across disciplines from inception to completion.
• Review compression system design for compliance with codes and standards.
• Collaborate with sales to align customer specifications and design requirements.
• Lead multi-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.
