Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in design, coordination, or management of tenant improvement or commercial construction projects.
• Experience with airport, aviation, restaurant, food and beverage, retail, hospitality, commercial interiors, or other tenant improvement projects strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, design, construction, and closeout of tenant improvement projects.
• Coordinate design review processes and stakeholder engagement.
• Review documents for compliance with project requirements and standards.
• Assist with tracking budgets, schedules, and overall project progress.
• Maintain organized project records and lead meetings for assigned tasks.
