• Local to the San Diego area or willing to commute.
• Strong scheduling and budgeting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Track subcontractors, foremen, labor and materials for the budget and schedule.
• Coordinate with General Contractors, Owners, and other Sub-trades.
• Daily site visits.
