Qualifications

• 5+ years of CEQA, environmental planning, or related project mgmt experience.
• Experience with public-sector capital programs preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert for CEQA and environmental compliance.
• Coordinate CEQA activities with consultants and district leadership.
• Develop guidelines for CEQA management across capital programs.
• Prepare CEQA notices and maintain documentation.
• Review environmental studies for completeness and compliance.
• Provide status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
