Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or a related field.
• 4+ years of project engineering experience in commercial construction.
• Software: Primavera P6, Viewpoint, MS Project, or other.
• High-end commercial construction experience in healthcare, offices, entertainment, etc.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical, financial, and administrative execution of construction projects.
• Support the Project Manager and Superintendent.
• Participate in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and change management.
• Review design documents, prepare estimates and billings, ensure accuracy and compliance.
