Qualifications

5+ years of project engineering on heavy civil / heavy-highway projects.
FDOT roadway project experience is preferred or required.
Strong command of RFIs, submittals, scheduling, and field coordination.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end RFI and submittal processes to keep the project on schedule.
Develop, update, and monitor CPM schedules and identify critical-path risks.
Coordinate with Superintendent, crews, designers, and subcontractors on sequencing and deliveries.
Own cost reporting including pay estimates and change orders.
Review plans for constructability and FDOT compliance, manage as-builts.
