Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of engineering principles for food processing and meat industry.
• Project management, contract administration, and schedules experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop engineering designs, material specs, and project cost estimates.
• Direct vendors/contractors and coordinate with plant teams to stay on schedule.
• Prepare proposals, manage bids, and monitor installations to meet specs, budgets, and timelines.
• Manage project budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
