Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate delivery of construction projects using technical expertise and leading practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders to meet requirements and schedules.
• Monitor progress, analyze performance metrics, and identify moderately complex issues with strategic solutions.
• Support project controls including schedule tracking and cost monitoring.
• Prepare and present progress reports and technical documentation for stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks with engineering-based solutions; mentor less experienced team members.
