Job summary

Brayman Construction Corporation is hiring a full-time Senior Project Engineer to support Excavation and SOE work on the ALCOSAN Ohio River Tunnel Project. The role emphasizes field leadership, safety oversight, and coordination with Project Manager and Superintendent.

The Senior Project Engineer will handle contract management, change orders, scheduling, takeoffs, and progress billing, while building strong relationships with customers, vendors, and subcontractors on a large-scale project with

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in heavy-civil construction
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Experience with excavation and SOE (support of excavation)
• Willing to travel/relocate as necessary for projects

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent in overseeing Excavation and SOE construction projects, including contract management, change orders, scheduling, and coordination
• Manage vendor/supplier relationships, quantity tracking, production analysis, and progress billing
• Coordinate resources, estimations, material pricing, and buyout
• Prepare project proposals and obtain quotes from suppliers
• Develop strong relationships with customers, vendors, subcontractors, QC personnel, and management
• Demonstrate strong organization and communication to drive project success
