Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Colorado Springs seeks a Sr. Specialist, Project Engineering to lead complex program execution with strong EVMS expertise.

You will coordinate with multiple functions to ensure scope aligns with cost, schedule, and performance baselines across MOSSAIC C2 programs and customer reviews. The role requires deep EVMS experience, schedule and baseline management, risk tracking, and clear communication with leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years relevant experience, or Graduate Degree with 4+ years; without a degree 10+ years of related experience.
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, program management, project controls, EVMS, or program support.
• Active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support MOSSAIC C2 program scope across all lifecycle phases.
• Coordinate with program managers, control account managers, IPTs, and leads to align activities with baselines.
• Develop, maintain, and track program plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and action items.
• Support EVMS planning, baseline development, work authorization, status collection, and performance measurement.
• Monitor and analyze program performance against cost and schedule baselines.
• Prepare variance analyses, estimates to complete, corrective action plans, and recovery plans.
• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules and related execution metrics.
• Coordinate inputs for program reviews and customer-facing reviews.
• Track scope execution and ensure deliverables meet requirements.
• Support change management, baseline change control, and configuration management processes.
• Identify risks, issues, and opportunities; support mitigation planning and closure tracking.
• Prepare and present status, metrics, and performance summaries to leadership.
