PCL Construction's Denver operations are seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead infrastructure projects in the Civil West group. The role emphasizes contract management, scheduling, and close collaboration with design teams, site managers and subcontractors.

Qualified applicants will have 4–6 years in construction, degree in a related field, and proven communication and organizational skills. This full-time onsite position offers comprehensive benefits and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of construction experience in an operational role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of drawings, specifications, HSE, materials and standards.

Responsibilities

• Performs quantity takeoffs and surveys to manage contract progress and change management.
• Maintains complex subcontracted scopes and administers subcontracts and contracts.
• Reviews obligations and supports site start-up activities with the site manager.
• Participates in subcontractor submittals reviews for compliance and coordination.
• Assists with site inspection for installation deficiencies and signs off on commissioning.
• Identify potential risks on project scopes and assist with risk mitigation.
• Other duties as required.
