Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of construction experience in an operational role preferred.
• Detailed knowledge of construction equipment, drawings, specs, HSE standards, materials and quality.

Responsibilities

• Performs quantity takeoffs and surveys to manage contract progress, reporting and change management.
• Maintains contracts with subcontracted scopes and administration, defining work scope and monitoring progress.
• Reviews subcontractors’ submittals for compliance with scope and coordination with design.
• Assists with site inspection by design team for installation deficiencies and signs off on commissioning.
