Qualifications

• Associates or bachelor's degree in a related field: construction management, engineering, architecture preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 8-12 months of varied experience as field engineer/coordinator preferred; internships may count as experience.
• Knowledge of construction specifications, methods and procedures (e.g., formwork, self-perform work, subcontracted work, temporary work, equipment, scheduling).
• Understands and applies construction principles to problem solve.
• Effective verbal and written communication with supervisors and subcontractors; reports.
• Proven track record to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Writes clear technical communication to trade contractors, designers and inspectors.
