Job summary

Eaton seeks a Senior Project Engineer for a hybrid role based in Franklin, MA or Windsor, CT. You will act as the technical liaison between product lines, field sales and customers during major project orders, owning the technical aspects and ensuring a positive customer experience.

You will leverage centralized resources to manage documentation, coordinate with plant engineering and sites, support warranty activities, and drive timely issue resolution across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in sales, sales support, technical role or applicable field.
• No relocation assistance; candidates must reside within 50 miles of Franklin, MA or Windsor, CT.
• Eaton does not sponsor immigration status for this position.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical liaison between customers, sales and factories for order configuration, documentation and warranty resolutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external and internal customers for assigned projects.
• Review project drawings and specifications to ensure technical accuracy and compliance.
• Join on-site project kickoff meetings and host customers for plant inspections and witness tests.
• Lead regular project-focused calls to review technical details and issues.
• Coordinate and interpret engineered-to-order drawings to build documentation packages.
