Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER NAS division is seeking a Project Manager for a hybrid role at our Mountainside, NJ or New York, NY facility. The role focuses on major order management across Heavy Multitenant high-rise, hospitals, universities, data centers, and industrial projects.

You will lead technical aspects of orders, coordinate with PM resources, and drive process improvements while ensuring compliance and strong customer satisfaction. Travel ~25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience.
• Relocation not available; reside within 50 miles of Mountainside, NJ or New York, NY.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical aspects of major electrical assembly project orders meeting specs and timelines.
• Utilize the Project Management team resources assigned to their project orders.
• Assess and apply knowledge of sales planning services to internal clients.
• Upgrade processes and deploy new initiatives based on analysis and trends.
• Ensure compliance with processes and procedures to achieve business goals.
• Negotiate internally for resources and priorities for customers.
• Improve financial position for Eaton and the customer.
