Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our North American Sales team in a hybrid role located at the Franklin, MA or Windsor, CT facility. You will act as the technical liaison among customers, sales, and factories, owning projects from configuration through documentation and warranty support.

You will build relationships with customers and internal teams, review drawings for accuracy, and lead site visits, tests, and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years in sales, sales support, technical role, or related field.
• Must reside within 50 miles of Franklin, MA or Windsor, CT.
• Company sponsorship not available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical liaison between customers, sales, and factories for order configuration and documentation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external and internal customers for assigned projects.
• Review project drawings and specs for technical accuracy and compliance.
• Lead site startups, inspections, witness tests, and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate and own project documentation, submittals, drawings, and manuals.
• Provide warranty/quality technical support and manage technical changes to BOM.
