Job summary

Eaton’s North American Sales division seeks a Senior Project Engineer to join the team in a hybrid role located in Franklin, MA or Windsor, CT. You will own technical orders, drive documentation, and ensure a positive customer experience through proactive project support.

Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Project Managers, and the Documentation Team to manage drawings, submittals, and manuals. Travel up to 10% as needed to support site visits and startup activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in sales, sales support, technical role or applicable field.
• No relocation assistance; must reside within 50 miles of Franklin, MA or Windsor, CT.
• Eaton does not sponsor immigration for this position.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical liaison between customers, sales, and factories for order configuration, documentation, and warranty resolutions.
• Develop relationships with external and internal customers for assigned projects.
• Review project drawings and specs to ensure technical accuracy and compliance.
• Lead on-site project kick‑offs, plant inspections, start-up visits, and warranty work.
• Coordinate and interpret engineered drawings to build customer documentation packages.
