• New York State P.E. license required or eligible for endorsement within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead project lifecycle from initiation to close with independent work.
• Oversee internal and external resources for implementation and procurement.
• Ensure licensing, environmental, permitting, safety, code compliance inputs.
• Develop design documents, budgets, forecasts, bids, and awards.
• Coordinate contract changes, invoicing, and construction sequencing.
• Review project documents and monitor data quality and progress.
• Supervise maintenance staff and contractors; manage safety of workers.
