A leading building services provider is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the installation of E&M systems for water and sewage treatment projects. Ideal candidates will have a degree in engineering and over 4 years of experience managing E&M projects, coupled with strong leadership and communication skills. Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in managing E&M/Environmental Projects.
• Certified qualification of R.P.E. / MHKIE and Chartered Engineer preferable.
• Fluency in English and Chinese.

Job description

Our client is one of the leading Building Services providers. To cope with their business growth and expansion in the region, they are now looking for a potential incumbent to join their energetic team.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the project management of installing E&M systems for water, sewage treatment and solid waste plants
• Lead a team to execute various duties, including but not limited to, tendering to design work, project planning, procurement, subletting, site supervision, commissioning and operation
• Recommend preventive measures and corrective actions to be taken in projects
• Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders and business partners to ensure the implementation is on track within expectation
• Build, manage and mentor a high-performance engineering team

Requirements:

• Holder of Degree or Higher Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Environmental / Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• 4+ years relevant working experience in managing E&M / Environmental Projects / Building Services Contracts with certified qualification of R.P.E. / MHKIE and Chartered Engineer is preferable
• Good multi-tasking, project management, communication and interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
• Good command in both English and Chinese
