A leading Building Services provider is seeking a Project Manager (E&M, Environmental Engineering) to lead small to large scale projects. Candidates must hold a degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering and have 6+ years of relevant experience. Excellent project management and communication skills are also required. This position offers a key role in managing project cycles and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Qualifications

• Certified professional member of HKIE, IMechE, IET or CWIEM.
• 6+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Background in Environmental Engineering or Infrastructure sectors is an advantage.
• Strong project management, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to manage various small to large scale projects.
• Manage the full cycle of projects including tendering, execution, scheduling, budgeting.
• Monitor financial, commercial and contractual aspects of projects.

• Lead a team to manage various small to large scale projects
• Manage the full cycle and all stage of projects, including but not limited to tendering, negotiation, execution, scheduling, resources and budgeting, etc.
• Monitor the overall financial, commercial and contractual aspects of projects to maximize the overall business outcome
• Ensure the resources and materials are allocated and utilized effectively
• Ensure the relevant quality, safety and procedures are up to relevant standards as well as comply with relevant statutory requirements

Qualifications
