Job summary

BAUER Foundation Corp. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large civil engineering and specialty foundation projects on Gulf Coast sites. You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, risk, client relationships, and team performance from pre-construction through close-out.

Based on project sites, you will mentor staff, coordinate engineering, operations, procurement, and safety teams, and ensure profitable, safe delivery while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• Led large, complex construction projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong financial management, including cost control and forecasting.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across organizational levels.
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management software.
• Experience with scheduling management and Primavera P6 preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of multiple high-value projects, achieving safety, quality, schedule, and cost targets.
• Oversee pre-construction activities: estimating, budgeting, constructability reviews, risk assessments.
• Develop and approve execution plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor performance.
• Provide senior-level cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting; drive profitability.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; escalate issues and advise leadership.
• Negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and change orders with executive input.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, owners, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate engineering, operations, procurement, and field teams for alignment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and contractual requirements.
• Support proposals and client presentations; perform other related duties.
