Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 8+ years of engineering experience in project management, plant operations, or process design.
• Experience managing capital projects from cradle to grave, typically $1M–$15M.
• Hands-on with FEED, P&IDs and PFDs, procurement, construction oversight, and start-up.
• Strong knowledge of mass and energy balances, hydraulic analysis, equipment sizing, and heat-transfer calculations.
• Willingness to travel and work in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; VBA knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage an individual portfolio of projects from initial concept through commissioning and start-up.
• Coordinate Operations, Environmental, Transportation, Safety, contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
• Provide clear project updates, schedules, cost reports, and technical information.
• Support plant operations through process troubleshooting and improvement work.
