Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (required).
• 8+ years of engineering experience focusing on project management, plant operations, or process design.
• Experience managing capital/improvement projects from cradle to grave (scope, schedule, budget, execution).
• Projects typically $1–$15 million; support larger projects occasionally.
• Hands-on with cost estimating, FEED, P&IDs/PFDs, equipment/vendor selection, procurement, construction oversight, commissioning, start-up.
• Strong knowledge of mass/energy balances, hydraulics, equipment sizing, process modeling, heat transfer.
• Ability to provide plant support through troubleshooting, improvements, and pilot facilities.
• Proven leadership and coordination across Operations, Environmental, Transportation, Safety, contractors, vendors.
• Strong written/verbal communication; proficient in MS Office; VBA a plus.
• Willingness to travel to job sites and work in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
• Able to work around industrial equipment, climb stairs/ladders, wear PPE, and lift up to 25 lbs.
