You will handle project administration, oversee document control, QA/QC, scheduling, cost control, and procurement while guiding a small team to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. You will coordinate cost and schedule management, review change orders, and support safety and risk programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4 years of construction experience or equivalent combination
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Basic understanding of construction software such as Primavera and Timberline
• Ability to customize and modify spreadsheets
• Ability to maneuver on job sites and handle physical tasks up to 20 pounds

Responsibilities

• Supports Project Manager on cost and schedule management
• Submits and approves monthly billings and earned value reports
• Develops critical path schedule documents for projects
• Reviews change orders and tracks status with the Project Manager
• Oversees procurement and field purchase orders
• Analyzes project financial performance and participates in reviews
• Supports project safety, QA/QC, and risk management
• Oversees direct reports and ensures a safe work environment
