Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience working for a commercial general contractor.
• Valid Washington State Driver’s License with proof of a clean driving record.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Estimate various scopes of work for conceptual through GMP estimates.
• Manage project submittal and material delivery schedules.
• Review shop drawings and material submittals in correlation to design requirements.
• Prepare and document accurate meeting minutes.
• Oversee project closeout.
