Job summary

• Valid Washington State Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Estimate various Scopes of Work for Conceptual through GMP Estimates.
• Manage Project Submittal and Material Delivery Schedules.
• Review Shop Drawings and Material Submittals.
• Oversee Project Closeout.

Skills

Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture

Minimum of Three (3) Years of Experience Working for a Commercial General Contractor

Ability to Work with Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills

Knowledge of P6, Vista, Autodesk, PlanGrid, BlueBeam
